It features an aluminum nonskid footplate that provides a full-range movement, a 300-lb. weight stack, a leveraged input lifting arm, thick 2-inch padding, and grips that promote proper exercise alignment. Standard weight stack is 300 lbs, in 20-pound plates. 400-lb weight stack upgrade available.
