The Dip/Ab/Push-Up helps you get the job done. This one's a must for every facility. Built entirely from big 3" square tubing, perform your knee raises with elbows locked onto a thick pad. Step down for a moment, then step right back up for dips. Hit the floor for elevated push-ups. Keep moving if you expect to meet your goals.

All handles have cushy, foam rubber grip and there are non-slip surfaces on the step areas.
