- Leg station allows the user to perform both leg extension and leg curl exercises from the seated position.
- V4 press arm combines the range-of-motion adjustment of the V1 with the user-defined movement of the V3 press arm, offering highly versatile pressing and pushing exercises.
- Attachable strap handles included with the V4 press arm to further increase workout variety and unilateral training options.
- Range-of-motion adjuster provides multiple starting positions for both leg extension and leg curl exercises to accommodate different user heights and flexibility levels.
- Self-aligning roller pads automatically adjust to varying leg lengths for a comfortable, secure fit during lower-body work.
- Multi-function back pad with telescoping and tilting adjustments for enhanced upper body support during chest, shoulder, and back exercises.
- 150 lb Silent Steel® weight stack (upgradable to 200 lb): Each solid-steel plate includes pressed-in industrial plastic bushings and is machined to exacting specifications for glass-smooth operation while eliminating metal-to-metal contact and noise.
