Will this foam grip fit my cable attachment?
If your handle is 1 inch in diameter, yes. The inside diameter is 25mm / 1". Outside diameter is 28.75mm for comfortable grip. Length is 5 1/8". Measure your bare handle before ordering. Fits most standard cable attachments, lat bars, and machine handles.
How do I install replacement foam grips?
Installation Tip: Add a little silicone spray to the inside of the handle grip or directly on the machine handle. The tube will slide on much easier. Push and twist until fully seated. Let dry before use. No glue needed.
What’s the difference between 1 inch and 1.25 inch grips?
This grip has a 25mm / 1 inch inside diameter. It fits standard 1" handles common on most cable attachments. 1.25" grips have a 32mm ID and will be loose on 1" handles. If your handle measures 1" across, order this 1" ID grip.
How long do foam handle grips last?
Dense foam lasts much longer than cheap rubber grips. With normal commercial gym use, expect 1-3 years. Avoid harsh cleaners. Wipe down after use. Replace when torn or compressed flat to maintain grip and hygiene.
Pro Tip: Remove old grip first. Clean handle with alcohol. Spray silicone inside new foam grip and on handle. Slide on with twisting motion. Installs in under 60 seconds.
