Freight Shipping & Delivery
At CFF Strength Equipment, we take extensive measures to properly package and ship heavy commercial gym equipment. All large items ship via insured freight and are professionally prepared to withstand standard freight handling.
How We Ship
- π¦ Custom-built exoskeleton framing or reinforced palletization to protect all sides
- π Equipment is securely strapped and stabilized to a skid or pallet
- π Shipped via commercial freight with curbside delivery as standard
Assembly & Lead Time
Equipment ships partially and/or fully assembled depending on machine type, weight, and carrier requirements. Please allow 5β10 business days after purchase for final inspection, preparation, palletization, and freight scheduling.
Tracking details and photos of the packaged unit will be provided once the shipment is released to the carrier.
Delivery Options
- Standard Freight: Curbside or dock delivery only. The carrier will not bring equipment inside. Customer is responsible for moving equipment indoors.
- Inside / Garage Delivery: Available by request for an additional fee and must be arranged before purchase.
Access & Site Responsibility
Customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible by a full-size freight truck and suitable for heavy equipment delivery. Additional fees incurred due to limited access, re-delivery, or refusal caused by site conditions are the customerβs responsibility.
Tracking & Insurance
Once shipped, we provide:
- πΈ Photos of the packaged equipment prior to pickup
- π Freight carrier tracking information
All shipments include freight insurance coverage. Insurance applies only when proper delivery inspection and documentation procedures are followed.
Receiving Instructions (IMPORTANT)
- Inspect the pallet, crate, and packaging before signing
- If there is any visible damage, it must be clearly noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL)
- If damage appears severe, refuse delivery and contact us immediately
Failure to note visible damage on the BOL constitutes acceptance of the shipment in good condition and may void freight insurance coverage.
Concealed Damage
If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, it must be reported to CFF Strength Equipment within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the damage and all packaging materials.
Claims reported after this window or without required documentation may not be eligible for coverage.
Damage Resolution
When freight damage is properly documented according to the above procedures, CFF Strength Equipment will assist with repair, replacement parts, or replacement equipment at our discretion in accordance with carrier insurance guidelines.
