At CFF Strength Equipment, we take pride in securely packaging and delivering your gym equipment, no matter how big or heavy it is. All large items ship via insured freight with reinforced custom crating designed to fully protect your equipment.

Assembly & Lead Time

Each unit is shipped partially and/or fully assembled, depending on equipment type and freight carrier guidelines. Please allow 5–10 business days after your order for servicing, packaging, and carrier scheduling. You’ll receive tracking and photos once the item is ready for shipment.

Delivery Options

  • Standard: Curbside or dock delivery (you are responsible for bringing it indoors)
  • Garage/Inside Delivery: Available by request for an additional fee

Tracking & Insurance

Once your item ships, we’ll send:

  • πŸ“Έ Photos of your packaged unit
  • πŸ”— Tracking number

Every shipment includes a full-value insurance policy, so you're completely covered in case of damage during transit.

Receiving Instructions

  • Inspect the packaging at delivery
  • If there’s visible damage, note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL)
  • If the unit is damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately

We will ship a replacement unit at no extra cost if damage occurs during shipping and is properly notated on the BOL.
